I installed new updates and Outlook Express will not work.  It wants me to put in the product key and when I try it says it is not an authentic key. If I use quick restore and go back to before I installed the updates Outlook works again ?
Outlook Express icon changes when I download updates then goes back to original icon when I do quick restore

Hi,Welcome to Microsoft answers. Since when are you facing this issue? What are the new updates you have installed?Which version of Microsoft Office is installed on the computer? I suggest you to enter the correct product key that came along with the Microsoft office. I also suggest you to contact Microsoft Office, please access the below link and find a community that will offer you a better support. http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx Thanks and Regards,Azam Microsoft Support.

I have no idea what the new updates were Their was about 25 of them. I guess I could restore back to a time before the updates were downloaded then when the computer suggests downloading them again I would have the list of them ?I am using the proper product key that came with the Microsoft Office I purchased. I am thinking that I have 2 versions of Office on this computer one being the trial version that came with it and the other the one I purchased. If this is so ( that I have 2 ) how do I get rid of the trial version? Will I loose information that was on the trial version ? How can I determine which is the trial version to get rid of and which is the one I purchased and want to keep and have the product key to?Aloha from KauaiPineapplekid
